Physicality DC is excited to host Andrey Moraru and Dr. Robert Adams for a weekend of handstand workshops on December 11th, 12th, and 13th. The intermediate sessions will run from 1:30 pm to 4 pm each day, and the prerequisite is a 30-sec freestanding handstand. The cost is $400 for all 3 days, or $150 if you can only attend a single day. See below for more details, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
Intermediate + Advanced
Already comfortable holding a freestanding handstand and ready to take your practice to the next level? This workshop will build on your existing two-hand foundation and introduce more advanced skills, including advanced shapes, press to handstand, and one-arm handstands.
We’ll break down these skills into their key components and help you identify the gaps in your current practice and how to address them. Whether you’re working toward your first press, exploring more advanced shapes, or beginning your one-arm journey, you’ll develop a clearer understanding of the process and what you need to work on to progress.
You’ll leave with a practical framework for training advanced skills and ideas for how to continue developing your practice beyond the workshop.
Suggested Prerequisite: Comfortable holding consistent 30-sec freestanding handstand
Friday: 2.5 hours
